More time for proposals

We take the time to prepare a comprehensive proposal that outlines every step of the sales process. We want you to have a full understanding of what we do behind the scenes to protect your property and to maximise its value. Our proposals include every possible detail, and we go through it with you to ensure you understand the full picture.

More time for pre-market preparation

Preparing your home for sale can be a daunting task, but we're here to make it easier for you. We spend more time on pre-market maintenance works to minimise buyer objections and to ensure that your property is in tip-top shape before a building inspector comes over. Our team of four qualified agents (including myself) run scheduled open homes three times a week and are always available for private showings. We also spend time explaining the purchase process and how to present a strong offer. For auctions, we do them all onsite, one at a time, allowing ample time after the auction to continue negotiations if required without needing to rush to the next appointment. For private treaty sales, we take the time to negotiate with all conditional buyers and involve them in the best and final offer campaigns rather than just accepting an acceptable price from an individual buyer.

Our commitment to you doesn't end once the sale is finalized. We spend more time keeping all parties informed, arranging buyers' bank valuations, renegotiating settlement dates, and preparing the home for handover. After all, it’s all about you.
